“What I find striking is how alone men are in this search for values, in which the whole direction and conduct of their lives are at stake.”
— Tournier (1966, p.175)
Find your direction. Live by what matters.
One-to-one values coaching for men who want to understand themselves, make clearer decisions and build stronger relationships.
You may be carrying a great deal—work, family, responsibility and the expectation that you should know what comes next. Yet finding time to understand what you want, and what matters most to you, can be difficult.
Coaching offers space to pause, take stock and find a way forward.
My approach
I’m Shealan, a VIVA-GO Values Coach, trained in an evidence-informed coaching approach developed in collaboration with the Universities of Oxford and Exeter.
I bring warmth, curiosity and a structured approach to our conversations. Together, we explore what matters to you, what may be getting in the way and what you can do next.
The aim is to help you develop greater clarity and put that understanding into practice in your own life.
Strength with Greater Depth
What you can gain
Together, we can work towards:
Understanding your values and using them to guide decisions.
Recognising strengths and patterns that shape your everyday life.
Expressing what matters to you more clearly in relationships.
Finding direction through change or uncertainty.
Building practical habits that support your priorities.
"The heart of man's pain is the pain of not being seen."
— John Eldredge
Clinical studies suggest female practitioners often emphasize deep emotional attunement and interpret narratives in ways that challenge men to look past basic problem-solving into their actual feelings. This is not to say that male logic is wrong, but learning to take hold of feelings is transformational for men and can ground their logic into something more impactful.
