My Approach

At the heart of my work is one simple belief:

Who you are becoming matters more than what you are achieving. Your becoming will cause the flourishing.

A flourishing and beautiful life is not built by chance. It is cultivated through wisdom, practice, skills and daily formation.

Whether you are navigating relationships, recovering from painful experiences, seeking emotional maturity, or simply longing to become the woman you know you were created to be, my role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you discover the wisdom, courage, and practical skills that allow your authentic self to emerge.

Testimonials

“Really enjoyed my first session with Shea, it was so helpful to discuss my goals

and values, and help bring them into alignment. Shea made feel understood and motivated to take the steps needed to achieve what’s important to me.

Definitely recommend!🌟”

— Bonnie

“Shealan was approachable, welcoming and professional, and I immediately felt at ease with her. I found the way she reflected my thoughts back to me particularly helpful. Hearing what I had said reflected back, sometimes in different language, brought a real sense of clarity.

I came into the session feeling quite scattered, but through the conversation and reflection, I felt much more centred and able to make sense of what I was thinking and feeling.

I particularly enjoyed how she helped me identify my values. It was like a light switch flipped in that moment and I think knowing these will serve me for a long time going forward.”

— Hanna

“Coaching with Shealan was very thorough, with a clear structure and approach. I really liked how the values and personal attributes were linked back to my goals. It helped bring everything together into a story and gave me greater focus on where I actually wanted to be.

Shealan has a way of bringing you back on track , helping you understand not just what you want to do, but why you are doing it and the deeper purpose behind it.

I also really valued seeing things written down during the session. When Shealan repeated my own thoughts and words back to me, it made me feel that she really understood and ‘got’ me”

— Ali

“I felt my coaching experience with Shea a lovely experience, like sitting and chatting with an old friend over coffee. It was relaxing, non intrusive and really just pointed out and helped clarify my thoughts and objectives with my goal with no stress. It was effortless. I now have an easy step guideline to live productively and reach for my goals. I can wholeheartedly recommend a pleasant coaching session with Shea. ”

“I really enjoyed the coaching with Shea.I came wanting to get my head in gear; quite literally. I’ve not been someone who’s been particularly fussed about appearance, but I’d realised I wanted to have a bit more fun with it and enjoy expressing myself again.

Shea made the whole process feel relaxed and encouraging. It was so helpful to be guided through her process, and I appreciated her thoughts, encouragement and gentle accountability along the way.

It’s helped me identify some of the blockers in taking action. It’s certainly a work in progress, but one that I’m really enjoying making time for!

Thanks so much, Shea!

“It was so great to work through something I find challenging with Shealan. She helped me approach the problem with some headspace and figure out what was potentially stopping me from succeeding in my goal, so we could work on a flexible approach that still felt achievable for me. She also helped me challenge my mindset, which I really needed! She is such a great listener and I left the session feeling equipped and empowered, with a way forward that felt like it would work well for me. ”
